2. Cancellation right and resignation of the bill of sale
2.1.
You are able to do the explanation of your bill of sale according to §312d paragraph 1 Sentence 1 i. V.m. §355 revoke Civil Code within two weeks on receipt of the goods without information of reasons in text form, e.g., as a letter, fax or e-mail and return of the goods undiminished in the value. For the protection of the cancellation term the timely sending of the cancellation or the goods is enough. Cancellations and returning of goods must be send to following address:

IMPORTANTLY - BEFORE RETURNING GOODS TAKE NOTE TO FOLLOWING:
Customers take costs of a returning goods if the single order value is less than 40.00 EUR and if the delivered products has corresponded to the ordered product regarding contract of order. For returning goods with a single order value of more than 40.00 EUR OUTDOOR-PLAZA takes the costs of shipping goods back. Before sending back goods to OUTDOOR-PLAZA it's absolutely required to get in contact. After that OUTDOOR-PLAZA release a special back transmission. In this case your postman will pick up the parcel directly at your adress or leave a prepared sticker if you are not present that time. This sticker must be attached on the parcel and then it's just to give to your nearest post agent. !!! Not free broadcastings are not accepted by us basically!!! All costs for unpaid returns sender has to take. Costs of returns beyond Germany must be taken in general by sender.

2.2.
A cancellation right does not exist:

- for special achievements of OUTDOOR-PLAZA for a cancellation right is expressly excluded.

- for the goods which are made according to the customer order specifically or are cut unambiguously on personal needs or are not suitable on account of her state for a return can fast go bad or whose expiry date is crossed.

- for audiorecordings or video recordings or from software, provided that the delivered data carriers were unsealed.

2.3.
In case of an effective cancellation the achievements received on both sides are to be granted back. If you cannot grant to us the received achievement all or part or only in made worse state back, value substitute is to be performed in this respect if necessary accordingly §357 paragraph 3 sentence 1 german civil code. With the surrender of things this does not count if the deterioration of the thing had been possible exclusively on their check (how they, e.g., in a retail shop) is reducible. For the rest, you can avoid the value obligation to indemnify, while you do not take the product like an owner in use and everything omit from what their value impaired. Ideally the product should be unused possibly original-packed, labels, intact and clean.
